Place was located on a quiet neighborhood. Parking wont be a problem as the staff will always assist you. Great service from their part. The room was clean and big enough. Hot water for the shower doesnt go hot but it is surprisingly refreshing. Aircondition is of split type and works really well. No refrigerator though. Water heater present. The lobby have a mini garden with chairs and tables you can utilize. Breakfast was available for a charge. From my experience, i can recommend this place as the price was excellent for what you are getting.

One of the best budget hotels in the area. Stayed here a couple of times. They always upgrade our room. Kind and attentive staff. Located in a quiet neighborhood but a few minutes walk away from the business district. Highly recommended.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood but lots of amenities nearby. Room is clean and spacious. Staff are courteous. TV is not smart but has cable. Hot and cold shower that actually works. No refrigerator. Parking is limited but they assist you in street parking. Overall, good value for money hotel.

My apologies. Hindi po ako maarte but this is my honest review. The room is spacious for a single/couple not recommended to a family. It is a nice place to leave your things. Room scent is not pleasing. The toilet bowl and floor looks clean but it has stinky odor, could be coming from the pipes. No in-house resto. Concierge is accommodating.

The place is great. Our room is clean and when I say clean, I mean you can really smell the detergent used in your bedsheet, pillow cases, and blanket to assure every guest that they regularly changed it. The bathroom is clean as well, with towels and toiletries provided. We asked for bathroom tissue tho, since it's empty. There is also no disposable slippers provided so you need to bring your own if you don't want to talk on cold tiles. We watched Netflix and it went smoothly. We did not connect our phones directly to the wifi they provided so I cannot rate its performance. They also offer breakfast for P250.00. In case you'll go here, please try the 8065 Bagnet Restaurant. One of the bests! The place is also near to Lasema in case you want to experience Korean massage. All in all, the place is accessible via commute or with private car, near to fast food and restaurants, spas, grocery stores, and really quiet. We slept and relaxed well here.

Great place. Nice clean and cool rooms. Very nice staff. Good safe area, lots of guards in the neighborhood, convenience store and a few food spots close by, Buendia LRT stop is just a 5 minute walk. Taxi is only 150 pesos to Ayala/Glorietta mall.

5am early check in, we needed some sleep and it did the job. Even though I emailed ahead, the room wasn’t entirely ready as they hadn’t prepared the bed, there was no duvet/ blanket and we had no toilet paper.

Nice place to stay. You can sleep and rest well. Staff's are very good at what they do. The location is super safe. The only thing that is lacking is, the poor connection of the wifi. But the rest is okay.
